			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A 2007 national Government survey that asked about CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) use in a sample of 23,393 U.S. adults found that 9.4 percent of respondents (representing more than 20 million people) had used <a title="Mind Vacation Meditation" href="http://mindvacationmeditation.com" target="_blank">meditation</a> in the past 12 months—compared with 7.6 percent of respondents (representing more than 15 million people) in a similar survey conducted in 2002. The 2007 survey also asked about CAM use in a sample of 9,417 children; 1 percent (representing 725,000 children) had used meditation in the past 12 months.</p>

The positivity that is set from the confidence audio from the start  helps to reaffirm that one deserves the best in their life.</p>
<p>With the confidence  audio, there is a wide range of purposes. I have used the <a title="The Confidence Audio" href="http://budurl.com/confidenceaudio" target="_blank">confidence audio</a> for  specific reasons, something as big as getting a drivers license, or simply on a  day that could have gone better-such as when the train was late, and the day  went downhill from there.  While watching the news, it is so easy to get down,  and depressed. <p>But there is a  way to calm anxiety help to work through all of the struggles such as taking a  driving test and driving on the road, and that is the confidence audio. I used  the Confidence Audio to help to reaffirm that I am a good driver, and that I can  drive well. I deserve the drivers license, and can pass the road test.</p>
